the foxes united in a tiny studio… which is why we will change our digs to next door again, where we used to shoot (parts of) “rip” and “the key” to accommodate the growing population in the den.
with our project “it’s a sad and beautiful world” we took part in the “red sea lodge”, co-oorganized by the “torino film lab”, only in its second year. It has been an incredible journey with the red sea lodge. The project developed troumendously. We learned a whole lot and now, we all met for the first time in jeddah, saudi arabia.
we have been working with maurane here and there over the last years but now she is the new fox on the bloc at the fox’s den. she will assist us in the production. she is french.
again in rome this year for mia. this time with the project “clouds on leashes”. While there were familiar (cat) faces, I also saw günel for the first time in the real.
in 6 intense days of workshops organized by “iama” in collaboration with “a post lab” i got to know a whole lot more about post production where we could, if only for a short time were allowed to play with this lovely piece of self-made-equipment.
here are gudrun petersdorff and matthias jackisch #kunstlegenden by tom ehrhardt (@conmenfilm) for our mini series on artists who produced works of in the former gdr.
though the shooting was finished last year, it took us a couple of months to open up a co-production (w/tiresias films) and finalize the film. it is now with the sales MANIFEST (http://www.manifest.pictures/catalogue/)
